Include the app version, your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version and the steps leading to the problem. If useful, attach a screenshot with personal details removed. Please do not send family photos, recordings, Apple Account passwords or payment-card details.
Restore your full unlock
Check that the device uses the Apple Account used for the purchase and is connected to the internet. Hold the gear on the player home screen for three seconds, complete the guardian check, then open Settings → Full Unlock → Restore Purchases. Restoring does not charge you again.
For a purchase awaiting approval, wait for Apple’s approval result. Apple validates offer codes; after redeeming in the App Store or through a link, return to the app or restore purchases. Restoring full-unlock access does not restore local photos, recordings or practice history. Request refunds through Apple’s Report a Problem service.
Trouble reading or saving data
Keep the app installed, check your device’s free storage, and use the on-screen retry action. If the app reports a data-reading error, do not delete it or reset data, as this could remove local content.
We do not provide cloud sync or remote recovery of family data. Existing Apple device backups are managed by your backup settings. Email the error message for help; you do not need to send family content.
Microphone and photos
Recording requires microphone permission. If you previously refused, find BrainTogether in iOS Settings and review microphone access. Photos are imported through the system photo picker, which shares only the photos you select with the app. An original stored in iCloud may need time and a network connection to download.
Text, sound and game help
Change difficulty before starting a training game. Hold the home-screen gear for three seconds and complete the guardian check to change text size, automatic narration and play preferences in Settings. Games also offer help such as hints, pause or untimed practice where applicable. Core games work offline; purchases, restoration, promotion updates and iCloud photo downloads need a connection.
Delete data and review privacy
Delete individual photos and recordings in the family workspace. Settings → Data & Privacy → Reset All Data removes local content and recovery copies and cannot be undone. It does not cancel your full unlock or delete Apple device backups. See the privacy policy for details.
